4.Intellectual property
The Klipeak brand, the site and its code belong to its publisher. Game names, brands and artwork shown in campaigns belong to their respective studios and are reproduced with their agreement, as part of the campaigns they fund.
5.Reporting content
To report unlawful content or an infringement of your rights, write to contact@klipeak.com, giving the URL concerned and the reason for the report.
Copyright. If you believe a clip submitted to a campaign infringes your copyright, you may send a notice under section 512(c) of the United States Copyright Act to contact@klipeak.com, and to our designated agent where one is named below. Your notice must identify the work, the material complained of and its location, your contact details, and include the two statements the statute requires: that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorised, and that the information is accurate, under penalty of perjury. Whoever knowingly misrepresents this is liable for damages.
The creator whose clip is removed is told why and may send a counter-notice. Repeat infringers lose access to the service.
